MEET THE OWNERS

Hank and Ashley Bounds take pride in building their business with integrity which has earned them customer loyalty. Hank grew up in Western Colorado and became an employee of Western Colorado Waste in 2006. As an employee of the company he worked every aspect of the waste services industry including customer service, buyer, driver, dispatcher, fleet manager, “toilet technician” and mechanic. Hank became very vested in his role with the company and in 2022, he and Ashley seized the opportunity to purchase Western Colorado Waste and additionally start Western Environment Disposal.

MANAGEMENT

Hank Bounds

Owner

As the owner, Hank is actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the company, including daily route scheduling, new service requests, inventory management and customer/vendor inquiries. He oversees fleet management to ensure all daily work is completed in an efficient and timely manner.

Ashley

Accounts Payable Manager

As one of the owner/managers, Ashley plays a key role in accounting and office operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and excellent
support to both customers and vendors. She is the primary contact for vendors related inquiries.

ROLL-OFF DRIVERS

Nate

Nate is CDL certified and is our roll-off driver assigned to mountain routes, oil field, municipal and other long-distance hauls. He also provides support to our portable toilet route drivers and mechanic when needed.

Sean

Sean is a part-time CDL certified driver who hauls special waste, such as asbestos and oil waste for Western Environmental disposal. He also serves as a back-up driver to cover when primary route drivers are out.

PORTABLE TOILET ROUTE DRIVERS

Sean

Sean is assigned to our East corridor portable toilet route which cover many of the oil fields sites in Western Colorado. His former experience in the oil/gas industry has provided him with a working knowledge of oil field policy, procedure and coverage areas.

Tyler

Tyler is assigned to our East and South corridor portable toilet routes which cover mountain and municipal routes as well as oil field sites. He is knowledgeable of policy and procedures as outlined by our clientele who have special requirements.

OFFICE / CUSTOMER SERVICE

Laure

Office Manager / Customer Service

Laure provides support to management, staff and clientele. With over 30 years of administrative support experience, she understands and is dedicated to providing top-tier support to all accounts ensuring seamless service and customer satisfaction. She is our first point of contact for customer quotes, billing, scheduling, or accounts payable related inquiries. She believes in the importance of building strong and lasting client relationships and looks forward to assisting you with your next project!

SERVICE & FLEET TECHS

Roberto

Lead Mechanic / Fleet Manager

Roberto is our lead mechanic who oversees all aspects of our fleet services. He has over 10 years of experience working on diesel powered heavy equipment, trucks, construction equipment; gas powered vehicles and other equipment including mechanical, electrical and computerized components. Roberto plays a key role in keeping our fleet running smoothly and reliably.
